Meet Lucie

Lucie is a certified nutrition coach and culinary wellness consultant — someone who has cooked her way to better health, literally. After healing her gut, skin, and energy through anti-inflammatory eating, she turned years of kitchen experimentation into the recipes and courses she shares today.

She trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, studied the Anti-Inflammatory Diet at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and continues to develop her seasonal recipe guides from her own kitchen in Lisbon.
